Naturally brewed and aged for 6 months along with a high soybean content it’s flavour is stronger and richer than normal soy sauce. Tamari Soy Sauce is traditionally used for cooking to season longer cooking foods such as soups, stews and baked dishes by infusing it’s flavour in the food. It is an ideal replacement for and improvement over salt. Our Tamari Soy Sauce does not contain any MSG, Preservatives, Additives or Colours and is Non GM.
